Head First TV (HFTV) is the south’s official television and web based urban media outlet. HFTV in collaboration with Total Quality Entertainment (TQE) introduces the best of interviews with mainstream and local celebrities, sketch comedy, and various other HFTV exclusives.  Head First TV is broadcasted to countless viewers via the internet and television. HFTV partners with global music industry organizations to bring you the latest international hip hop, fashion, and news. The show was created by five college students from Baton Rouge who wanted to use their talents as a means to give back to their perspective communities. James “J MILL” Milligan, Yorick “Yo” Anderson, Geoffrey “Fiyah” Griffin, Antoine “AP” Pierce, and Brian “Cyde” Netter make up the five creators of the show. This team of writers, producers, directors, rappers, and actors are also joined by Montrail “Trail” Patterson, Demetric “T.G.1″ Cameron. and Kenneth McKnight to form Head First TV.

HFTV strives to be a vehicle for progress by increasing awareness and providing solutions for the issues that our communities are faced with daily, all while providing a show that is entertaining yet informative. By approaching our endeavor in this fashion, we believe that we are putting the program in a position to reach individuals from all walks of life and potentially impact many lives. HFTV takes a proactive role in organizing and attending community outreach functions as wells as entertainment events in an effort to create dialog amongst neighboring communities as well as businesses throughout the state.
HFTV also provides an urban media outlet to collect funds and goods for foundations and/or other charitable organizations.
